The purpose of the committee is to create a document repository (using cloud-based Google Drive), to maintain all club documents for controlled club distribution, and to apply consistent document design principles, to include:
A consistent header and footer to every document
A vision date listed in the footer section.
A file "path" listed in the footer where the document can be found
A list of club members that are given permission to "view", "make suggestions", or "edit" each document.

Meeting Frequency: Intended to meet monthly at a location to be determined. Meeting date, time and location will be emailed to committee members prior to the meeting
Any current RR Tennis Club member can volunteer to serve on the committee.
All documents would automatically be stored in Google Docs which can only be accessed by selected board members.
The club documents are stored in Google Drive categories such as:
Club Documents
Forms
Pictures and Videos
Tennis Member Waiver forms
Ball Machine Waiver forms
The suggested footer style is shown below, which automatically displays the current date/time, page n of n pages, and the document filename. The style is inserted automatically from Word when calling up the club template and the footer information gets automatically updated with each edit.
